Aciers Coste (Turnover 2007: ?? 15 Mio; staff of arround 50 peoples) is located in the middle of France near Clermont-Ferrand. We use to provide our own in house cold rolled precision strips mainly in France (55% of the turnover) as well as in Germany (35 % of our turnover), then Eastern European countries (Poland, Letonia, Czech republic, Ukraine...); Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy ... Our customers are blanking or fine blanking parts manufacturers, cuting and drawing parts manufacturers (springs; clips; gaskets; clamps; connection parts...) suppling different brands: automotive, electrical, electronical; mechanical and housholds appliances, cutlery, tooling... Our production facilities (3 Rolling mills, 1 bell furnace, 3 slitting lines...) make us able to produce a large range of strips in different steel grades (mild, hardednable, hardened, stainless...) thickness 0,10 up to 5mm and width 4 to 400mm (according dimention ratio). We are also tolled for edge forming, wound oscillated and cutted to length packaging. Minimum of 4 months raw material of our main grades are always available in our warehouse. Thanks to this very flexible industrial organisation, we can offer very short delivery times (from 2 weeks even for very sp??cial requirements) as well as good service and product quality. Of course our ISO 9001 as well as ISO 14000 certifications provide our customers the maximum reliability.
